Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero paid homage on Thursday to the Founding Father of the Arab United Emirates Sheikh Sayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, during his visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
On the visitors’ book, Marrero wrote that the Grand Mosque boast the elegance of Emirati architecture, and here we must commit ourselves to make the dreams of the founding fathers of our nations come true to achieve prosperity in our countries. https://shorturl.at/lFGY7
During a tour of the mosque, the Premier learned that the 555-thousand-square-meter place, was created on the initiative of the founding father of the Emirates and it defends three major principles: Peace, Coexistence and Tolerance.
Marrero toured the sustainable city of Masdar in the capital Abu Dhabi, where he was briefed about the prospects for development of the University of Artificial Intelligence at the city.
The Cuban Premier wished the Emirati people peace and success in their vision of the future. “On behalf of the people of Cuba, who are now enduring a complex moment, in which we all struggle to overcome, we wish the Emirati people much peace and success in their vision of the future.”
The Cuban head of government arrived in Dubai on Sunday on a working visit which included his participation at the World Summit of the Governments.
