Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel wished success to the Communist Party of China (CPC) in the important task of building socialism, on the occasion of the political organization’s 103rd anniversary.
The head of state congratulated his counterpart and Secretary General of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping, and the more than 98 million militants through the social network X, the social network.
On the same platform, the Secretary of Organization of the Communist Party of Cuba, Roberto Morales, also expressed his congratulations and satisfaction at the excellent state of ties between the two political organizations.
Since its formation in 1921, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has led the Asian giant to become the world’s second largest economy.
According to a report by Xinhua news agency, the CCP had more than 99.18 million members by the end of 2023, which is 1.14 million more than in 2022.
The Communist Party of China has maintained its great vitality and strong capacity by focusing on the primary level, continuously reinforcing the foundations and shoring up weak links, as well as strengthening its organizational system and membership, the report noted.
