Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez has expressed Cuba’s solidarity with Bolivian President Luis Arce in face of attempted military coup.
On his X account, the top Cuban diplomat said: “Irregular mobilizations of some units of the Bolivian Army are very worrying.”
