Cuba regrets human losses in fire in Vietnam

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, regretted this Thursday the loss of human life as a result of a fire in a building in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam.

Through his X profile, the minister expressed his solidarity and condolences to the people and government of Vietnam.

According to local media, at least 56 people died in the fire that occurred in a 10-story building where around 150 people lived.

The event was reported around midnight this Wednesday in a parking lot located in the basement of the site. The causes are currently being investigated, and the owner of the site was detained to investigate whether there was a breach of safety regulations.
