Cuba Salud 2025 concludes with the hope of achieving Health for All

The fifth edition of the Cuba Salud International Convention comes to a close today, having hosted for five days over 5,000 delegates from 88 countries and featuring more than 400 events.

The event, which took place at the Convention Center and the Pabexpo exhibition grounds, both in Havana, included the 16th Health for All Trade Fair and the 2nd International Medical Tourism and Wellness Fair, among other activities.

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel attended the closing ceremony of the 16th Health for All Trade Fair, which was focused on China and brought together 263 companies, 142 of which were from 37 countries.

Cuba Salud 2025 concludes today with the Havana Declaration, which outlines the key health issues that the world will face in the years to come.

The event was supported by national and international organizations, and its primary objective was to explore public health governance frameworks at the global, regional, and local scales.

Furthermore, the participants explored ways to enhance healthcare systems in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and discussed public health policies, with a particular focus on implementing strategies that support the One Health approach.
